What is the Teacher Incentive Allotment?
The Teacher Incentive Allotment was created by the Texas Legislature to provide a realistic pathway for outstanding teachers to earn higher salaries while staying in the classroom. Funding is tied directly to measurable student success and rigorous data, ensuring that the state's most impactful teachers are justly rewarded.
With this recognition, Mr. Gaynor not only brings pride to the VMT campus but also highlights the high caliber of academic instruction thriving alongside the school's renowned fine arts programs.
