The start of a new school year brings many reasons to celebrate, and this October, our school community is proudly recognizing Director Mr. Ramos for his exceptional leadership. The month of October is nationally observed as National Principals Month, and it also featured Boss’s Day on October 16th, providing a double opportunity to honor his service.
Mr. Ramos’s role as Director, which involves setting the academic vision and overseeing campus operations, is critical to the success of our students and staff. His dedication and guidance are felt across every program.
Assistant Principal Ms. Gonzalez praised the supportive environment he has created. "Director Ramos has established a professional culture that truly empowers us to lead our teams effectively," Ms. Gonzalez stated. "He trusts his staff and fosters an environment of mutual respect, which is exactly what you want in a leader. He is a boss in the best sense of the word."
Ms. Berrios, one of the dedicated teachers, highlighted the positive impact of his daily presence. "His support in the classroom is constant. When you have a Director who is visible, engaged, and genuinely cares about your students, it makes all the difference," Ms. Berrios commented. "We are incredibly thankful for his commitment and vision for our school."
